01 Identity and address of the data controller

CODETICA, Sociedad Anónima Promotora de Inversión de Capital Variable, tax ID (RFC) COD2303274P7, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website.

02 Personal data we collect

We collect only the data you give us when you fill in the contact form on this site:

• First and last name.
• Company.
• Email address.
• Phone number, optional.
• Country.
• Area or role, optional.
• One or more services or solutions you are interested in.
• A description of what you want to improve or build.

If you also request access to our demos, we collect the data you enter in that form:

• Full name.
• Company.
• Email address.
• The demo you chose on arrival and the demos you open afterwards.
• The date you registered, the date your email was verified and the date you last signed in.

To confirm the address is yours we send you a single-use six-digit code, valid for ten minutes. That code is not stored: on our server we keep only an encrypted version used to check it, which is destroyed as soon as you verify it, exhaust your attempts or it expires. We do not ask for any password.

Together with the form submission we record technical origin data — the page you wrote from, the referring page, any campaign parameters present in the address and your browser identifier — for the sole purpose of knowing which channel your request came through.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial or asset data, or data relating to minors. Please do not include information of that nature in the description field.

03 Primary purposes

We use your personal data for the following purposes, which are necessary in order to assist you:

• Handling and responding to your request.
• Contacting you by email or phone regarding that request.
• Assessing what your project needs and determining whether we can help.
• Preparing proposals, quotes and scope estimates.
• Following up commercially on the conversation you started.
• Identifying which channel your request came through so it reaches the right team.
• Verifying that the email address you gave us is yours, by means of the single-use code.
• Giving you access to the demo environments and keeping that access for the 60 minutes the session lasts.

These purposes do not require your express consent: they originate and are necessary for the relationship you began by contacting us.

04 Secondary purposes

In addition, and only if you authorise it by ticking the corresponding box — there is one on the contact form and one on the demo access form — we will use your data to:

• Send you news, content, guides and informational material.
• Tell you about CODETICA services, solutions and events.
• Invite you to demonstrations or briefing sessions.

These purposes are not necessary in order to handle your request. The box is unticked by default and is not mandatory: if you choose not to tick it, we will handle your request and send you the information or quote you asked for exactly the same.

If you do not authorise these purposes now, you may do so later by writing to privacidad@codetica.com. And if you do authorise them, you may withdraw that authorisation at any time by the same means.

05 Prospect records and management

The information you send us is recorded in CODETICA's internal commercial management systems, where it is associated with a request reference and with a record of whether or not you authorised the secondary purposes, including the date and time of that decision.

Anyone who requests demo access also has a record of their own, with a reference beginning CDA. It holds your name, your company, your email address, the date you registered, the date your email was verified and the date you last signed in, the demo you chose on arrival and the list of those you have opened. That record is unique per email address: if you come back, the existing one is updated rather than a second one created.

When a visitor verifies their email for the first time, an internal notice with those same details is sent to CODETICA. That notice is sent once per person, not every time you sign in.

Access to those records is limited to CODETICA staff involved in commercial follow-up and in preparing proposals.

This record forms part of the primary purposes described above: it is how we follow up on your request and avoid asking you for the same information twice.

06 Suppliers, processors and transfers

To run this site and handle your request we rely on suppliers who process personal data on CODETICA's behalf and under its instructions, acting as processors:

• The website hosting provider, where the information you send is stored.
• The email provider, through which your verification code, the internal notification of your request and our reply are sent.
• Google LLC, solely to the extent that your browser requests the site's typefaces from Google Fonts. In that request Google learns your IP address; it receives from us neither your name, nor your email, nor any other data you have given us.

Engaging a processor does not constitute a transfer and does not require your consent.

CODETICA does not sell, rent or assign your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We make no transfers that would require your consent. We would only disclose your data to a competent authority where there is a duly founded and justified requirement, or in the other cases set out in article 37 of the Law.

07 Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses a single first-party cookie and no third-party cookies. It is technical: it does not track your activity across sites and does not build an advertising profile.

• Session cookie. Required. It protects the contact form against forged requests and keeps your session while you browse and while you explore the demos. It expires 60 minutes after your email is verified, or sooner if you sign out.

We do not use persistent cookies that recognise your browser between visits. Once your demo session ends, requesting access again requires a new code.

In addition, for as long as the tab is open, your browser keeps in its session storage (sessionStorage) the page you arrived on and any campaign parameters in the address, for the sole purpose of knowing which channel you came through. That information is not a cookie, does not travel to our server on its own, and disappears when you close the tab; it is only attached to your enquiry if you choose to send us the form.

The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC. To deliver them, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which at that moment know your IP address and the technical data usual to any web request. Google Fonts does not set cookies. We use no other external resource.

As of the date of this notice, CODETICA does not use analytics, advertising, remarketing or social network tools on this site that would set third-party cookies or track your behaviour across sites.

If we add any of those technologies in future, we will update this notice and enable the appropriate consent mechanism before activating them.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, the contact form and demo access will stop working.

08 ARCO rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access); to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information (Rectification); to request that we remove it from our records where you consider it is not being used in line with the principles and duties of the Law (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to privacidad@codetica.com stating:

• Your name and a means of sending you our reply.
• A copy of official identification proving your identity, or the document proving legal representation.
• A clear description of the data your request concerns and which right you wish to exercise.
• Anything else that would help us locate your data.

We will reply within a maximum of twenty working days from receipt. If the request is well founded, it will take effect within fifteen working days of that reply. Exercising these rights is free of charge; you would only cover justified shipping or reproduction costs, if any.

09 Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw at any time the consent you have given us to process your personal data, by writing to privacidad@codetica.com.

Please note that, for legal reasons or because of an ongoing contractual relationship, we may not be able to act on the withdrawal immediately, or we may have to keep processing certain data for as long as the rules require.

10 Limiting use or disclosure

If you want to stop receiving commercial communications without withdrawing the rest of the processing, just tell us at privacidad@codetica.com or use the unsubscribe link included in every message. We will stop sending you that kind of message and will keep the record needed to honour your decision.

This limitation does not affect the handling of your request or the follow-up of a proposal already under way.

11 How long we keep your information

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this notice and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable tax, commercial and liability legislation.

Once it is no longer needed, the data is blocked and subsequently deleted from our systems.

12 Data security

CODETICA applies reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorised use, access or processing. These include access control over the commercial management system, encryption of site traffic, and protection of the form against automated submissions and forged requests.

No system is infallible. Should a breach occur that significantly affects your financial or moral rights, we will inform you without delay so that you can take appropriate action.

13 Changes to this notice

This notice may change because of new legal requirements, our own needs, changes in our business model or changes in our privacy practices.

Any change will be published on this same page, with the update date shown at the top. We recommend reviewing it periodically. Where a change is substantial, we will tell you through the contact details you gave us.
